I liked the creek next to the house. Beautiful view from the veranda and windows. You can see the mountain and littler plateau mountain of Oppdal on the other side on which I hiked that one monday evening and was impressed and amused somehow because I met on the way up and on the way down so many locals who obviously did their evening sports.

Still they offer all the comfort one expects from a hotel. For our party of 3 we had a whole house with 2 double rooms and one bathroom, which is completely modern. The breakfast buffet (served from 8:30) offered a large, high-quality selection. As we had asked in the booking they had even organized some vegan alternatives.
