Another beautiful impression was from the stuff, from receptionists to the house keepers all of them were offering help and smiling! Spa is fantastic. Breakfast was beyond our expectations! We will come back!

Everything, great location and excellent breakfast. Very kind host who allowed us to pack breakfast to take away for lunch. also allowed us to park car after checkout.

All Rooms have balcony with a view. Some of the rooms have a direct view to Neuschwanstein castle. From the outside terrasse or in the large garden you have a beautiful view to the mountains and the castle. Kind staff and amazing view from the balcony to the Neuschwanstein castle. The rooms were very spacious and nicely designed. We could leave the car in the garage even after we checked out so we had some peace of mind.

We were upgraded to a bigger room for free, which is always lovely :) The host showed us the facilities and the room. He was very welcoming and friendly. The room was nice, with a wonderful view of the mountains. The breakfast had a variety of options and it was also good. 10/10, would book again :)
