Location is excellent, sparkling clean, rooms are unusually big for Switzerland, breakfast is good, staff is helpful and friendly.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. Hotel Jägerhof is by far one of the best places I have stayed in Switzerland. I keep going back every year whenever I get a chance. This is classed as a three-star hotel but it exceeds this in terms of service, cleanliness, and comfort. This new year I extended my stay because I was enjoying it so much (having friends also in town helped, too). My single bed room was more than sufficient for my needs. It's the staff not just the central location that makes this such a lovely place to stay; they are warm, welcoming, and professional. The dining experience is super from the cold and warm selection in morning through to the set or à la carte menu in the evening. The morning sees a mixture of hardcore skiers carbing-up before heading out, families, couples, and solo travellers like me. Try the Swiss favourites off the à la carte. As an Englishman with a love of Alpine architecture, the wood-lined area of the restaurant and bar and snug with open fire tick all the boxes. All the staff I met this time (and on previous times) have been fantastic. A huge thanks to Hanna, Daniela, and Lucia in reception, Fabio the porter, and Eric, Lukas, Fabia, and Alexandre in the kitchen (and the same thanks to all the other staff). Can't wait to come back.

Carina - Design&Lifestyle hotel is an 8-minute walk from the centre and the Zermatt Train Station, and 230 metres from the Zermatt Funicular. It offers a lounge with an area for playing and a fireplace. The property is clean, big, and well maintained. The kitchen is well equiped. You can find anything you need to cook. All the rooms in Carina has a balcony with Matterhorn mountain view but it’s a shame that Matterhorn is hiding during our stay. I also want to give a special mention to Lucas, the hotel director. He was so welcoming and give us a lot of omplimentary. Thanks for the hospitality

The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Very convenient location from the train, check in was very easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast included was fantastic, best included breakfasts we have ever had.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The cozy hotel near Zermatt station, you can enjoy the matterhorn view from your room. There is E-car to pick you up from Zermatt station, just call from Free phone at the station. The staff is promptly to support you for the inquiry. The room facility is good and comfortable.

All winter sport facilities and cable cars can be reached easily on foot. You can rent or buy skis on site and tickets for the lifts and cable cars are sold at the front desk. The ski bus stops right in front of the Bristol hotel. Great and value breakfast, Friendly and nice staff, Perfect location, Clean and Nice room. If I have chance, I will go back to your hotel again. The owner was very friendly and attentive. The property was stunning and very clean. Quality tableware was provided. The building, in which the property is located, is very close to the trailhead of an extremely beautiful hiking trail. A very convenient parking space was provided at no extra cost.
