Beautiful setting! The room was nicely setup w/coffee maker, fridge, large walk-in shower, outdoor seating on balcony. The hostess is very accommodating & friendly. She made us a delicious breakfast; seating on large outdoor veranda. She also took care to provide tips for different hikes in the area which we appreciated (recommend the waterfall hike up the fall!) Lovely garden area with large pool. Location was perfect for our needs.

A drying room for ski and rafting equipment is available, and free private parking is available. Nice, clean, comfy, super close to the ski centre, lovely landlady and landlord, can speak english.

The apartment was very nice and new and had absolutely everything. We didn't miss anything in the kitchen so there was no problem with making a food. Wifi was absolutely OK, TV with many channels. Large fridge, Nespresso capsule coffee machine (about 6 capsules were available), dishwasher with tablets. Everything was clean and prepared for us, there was no problem with opening the safe with the keys. The ski room with boot warmer is also included, amazing. Really close to the nearest ski resort, but due to snow conditions we went to another one (Hochkar, 30 minutes). Although the accommodation is right next by the road, there was no problem with noise due to the location of the village. I actually can't tell you one thing that would disappointed me.

The family-run Frühstückspension Doris Eder enjoys a convenient location for hiking tours and day trips in the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Reserve, to the Lunzer See lake, the Mendling Valley, to Mariazell and the Hochkar and Lackenhof/Ötscher ski areas. Super friendly staff! Rich breakfast, we especially enjoyed the nicely served fruits!
