It was really nice. The owners were very kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were looking for a clean, safe, quiet, low cost place to spend the night, and this place checked all those boxes. It really was a great place to spend the night!

New, updated property, comfortable. Reserved room about two weeks before 2024 eclipse, the prices were reasonable.

It is convenient to area attractions, like the Greek Peak ski area, Finger Lakes Wine Country, the Cortland Country Music Park, Carrier Dome and the Empire Expo Center, home of the Great New York State Fair. A bonus is a nearby park with a beach and swimming pond (pond and beach unfortunately closed at the time for a nearby truck accident on Hwy 81). Nearby Perkins for meals plus other places within short walk. Easy to get to just off major roads. Dated place so a few issues. Nice breakfast room. Would benefit having an outdoor sitting area.

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, king bed and nice crisp clean sheets. The room was a good size. The breakfast was good and staff very nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by the updated bathrooms with big beautiful showers and I loved the mounted containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash- so much less plastic waste and so much more convenient! The room was clean and comfortable and it was nice to have a mini-fridge and microwave. The breakfast was great, there were so many options, we all ate really well in the mornings. The kids also swam in the pool for hours.
