Comfortable first floor room in a historic mansion in Portaria. It is less than 5 minutes' walk to the village centre, which is where a lot of the restaurants, cafes, shops and the bus stop to Volos is located. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were helpful and the hotel has a nice pool for cooling off after hiking.

I recently stayed at the Pillion Resort, and my experience was a mix of positives and a few areas that could use improvement.
