Quiet, peaceful location overlooking the wonderful Windischgarsten valley. Comfortable, well appointed and clean accommodation, with plenty of space even for families with children. Nice-to-have extras include a sauna and massage/steam shower in the apartment. But the best thing about it is the beautiful, relaxing, re-energizing location and the cosy apartment. And all looked after by the friendly, helpful owners. We will be back!

The Wurzeralm Ski Area is 13 km away, and the Hinterstoder Ski Area is 19 km away. Cross-country ski runs are 1 km away. Toboggan runs and winter hiking trails start right outside.

Free parking is available. A nature toboggan run is within 1 km. A golf course can be found within 3 km. Skilift Hotz can be found within 3 km. Phyrn-Priel-Card is provided for free from mid-May till mid-October.

Very nice location with beautiful views, calm and comfortable place. Experience contains daily farm life which also brings some extra benefits (fresh eggs and homemade yogurt). The apartment is well equipped for comfortable living and cooking, there's enough space for everything. There are refreshments available in the fridge and local produce (honey, noodles, spirits) available for purchase (paid upon check-out). Proprietor is very friendly and easy-going, and nothing was a problem for her. The swimming pool was just great, a welcome refreshment after a day in the mountains; and the rest of the garden facilities (swings, climbing bars) were enjoyed by the kids. Our experience has been entirely positive and we will hopefully have chance to spend more time in this place. We are used to farming, animals and noises of daily farm work, so we felt comfortable, however, this may be something to consider for someone not fond of farming. :)
