This place is magical! Come and see for yourself. One of the best places we have ever been, and we travel a lot :) Frau Eder is very friendly, warm and hospitable. The apartment is super clean, brand new (newly built), wisely furnished and spacious. They have bread service here, so you can order fresh bakery products every morning. We had everything what we needed.

Layout and superior equipment made life easy and comfortable. Freezing outside but underfloor heating was fantastic and simple to work. Had no problems with the internet and used my Amazon Firestick and 'Express VPN' to watch all my usual UK channels. Owner cleared driveway from snow as required. Also arranged for daily bread delivery. Apart from the skiing there are some lovely walks. A pair of crampons purchased before we arrived made walking on the hard packed and icy walks very easy. Coffee and cake in Anna's Café above 'Berger Finest Confectionery' or at 'Bakery & Cafe Volgger' in Sankt Martin was a delight not to be missed. The walk up to Maria Kirchental Sanctuary was much harder - steep and winding all the way up for about 1 hour. Much easier on the way down. Locals do it on toboggans.

Apartment is just perfect. You can find there everything what you need for nice stay. Hosts put very big attention to even small details to make your time unforgettable. During our holiday we used also swimming pool in the building which is also very convienient.

We loved the modern clean apartment with fabulous views. The hosts were very accommodating and attentive. The location is idyllic. Its says a lot when 2 teenagers think the holiday is amazing :)

Silent, nature + village area, clean room. Good place to visit other places like Berchtesgaden, Lofer, Parkplatz, Naturbadegebiet Vorderkaser, Vorderkaserklamm, SCHAUHÖHLE LAMPRECHTSHÖHLE and so on... 5 days station was too short there. Our kid found amazing friend- cute dog which likes to play with a ball 😊❤️🏐🐕

Clean swiming pool (for free). Good internet (internet TV without any lag). Nice, clean room with nice terrace (we had breakfast and coffe every morning)
