The restaurants in the village can be reached within 5 minutes. The center of Seefeld and several shops can be reached by bus within 7 minutes, free of charge. A ski lift, a ski bus stop, the Gschwandtkopf ski area and cross-country ski trails can be reached on foot or by bus in a maximum of 5 minutes.

The location is wonderful. The breakfast spread was great too. The room was super clean, wonderful and tidy. The family run setup is doing a great job of making sure all the guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay. Strongly recommended. The hiking trip suggestions were wonderful and detailed. The closest restaurant is situated across the street. You can reach the Möserer See bathing lake in 10 minutes on foot. The free ski bus stops 150 metres from the property and it reaches the slopes within 5 minutes. Cross-country trail is right next to the property and is free of charge.

We have a room with an amazing view on Alps with balcony, where you can spend sunset with some wine :) Breakfast was very good, like you expected, big supermarket in the neighbor city and few trails just in few minutes by foot. Room was very warm and comfortable with all needed stuff, parking also available for guests just behind the guesthouse. Highly recommended place to stay!

The local ski lift and ski rental shop is just a 2-minute drive away. Guests receive free tickets for the cross-country skiing trail which starts 180 metres away.

The sunny terrace offers breathtaking views of the Oberinntal valley and the surrounding mountains. There is also a large sunbathing lawn.

Very clean rooms with comfy atmosphere. If you want to go hiking this is a phenomenal spot since many paths start directly next to the hotel. We are both vegan and had a great food experience, there is always a vegan dish for dinner and you can choose from several different vegan breakfast options. The location with it's view is just wonderful.
