Excellent breakfast each morning. On Sunday the Big Boss made our breakfast, eggs cooked to order! We were in the 2 BR, 1 Bath, 2 WCs, very large rooms, tastefully decorated. Kitchen well furnished for a longer stay. There are many young families with little kids vacationing, there is a little play ground on the property, it is safe, on a side street and very quiet.

Actually it was only positive. Obviously, you don't expect luxury, but that's not what you're looking for when you come here and book here. The facilities were as described, the room was very clean and the view from the spacious balcony was beautiful. And then there is the kindness and love of the host. Any questions you could ask him, he was very helpful and smiling. The breakfast, a good part of which was home made/cooked, was plentiful and very tasty. After all this, I don't think there is any question of value for money. We really thank Elisabeth for this experience!

The ski bus brings you to the Fanningberg Ski Area in 5 minutes, to Grosseck-Speiereck in 7 minutes to Aineck-Katschberg in 15 minutes and to Obertauern in 20 minutes. When there is sufficient snow you can ski right down to the front door.

Based on the pictures we were expecting a very clean but no frills accommodation. Both our hosts and accommodation exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were very welcoming, we got little sweets on our bed at arrival, they were very flexible with our early departure on Sunday. The whole experience had a human and local touch. Our room was spacious and very warm, it was more like a 1-bed flat than a double room. The kitchen was very well equipped with a fridge, microwave, pots for the cooker, lemon squeezer, and plenty of mugs. Breakfast was very delicious, the bread and the fruit were very fresh.

Breakfast is a buffet. We really liked it because there was something for everyone. The hosts are very kind and helpful. We went skiing in Obertauern, which is about 20 minutes away by car from the accommodation. Wellness is a big plus, it is very nicely decorated and has several types of saunas. Also, the jacuzzi is outside in the yard and we were lucky that it was snowing lightly which made our stay even more romantic.

The house design is really good, we really like the wooden houses. The location was good too, only 20 minutes from the Obertauern ski resort and there was a Billa near the house. The house was warm, even when we turned down the thermostat, it stayed warm. The rooms are nice and clean, maybe a little too much gardrob.
