Location - close to the road, shops, easy to start daily trips by cars to various ski resorts. However a bit noisy in the morning (traffic). But manageable. Parking - dear home lady organized parking of the visitors, so every car had it's place and it was convenient. It was warm inside, enough of power outlets. Lots of shelves and cabinets.
