Great location, secluded, but well-conneted to Mayrhofen (aprox 15 min by car to the city Center). Cozy place. The landscape is nice during the winter, but I think it's really amazing during the summer. We enjoyed every momment that we've spent there. But depends on everyone - you'll have to start the fire in the chimney/fireplace, to split the woods (If necessary), to cook, to wash the dishes etc. You're in your own - so you'll either love it or hate it. 🙃

The house and the location is great, especially when you like to stay away from the crowd. In terms of equipment there is probably all U may want. The house is simple, but very clean and well organised.

We enjoyed staying at apartment Mia and will come to stay there again with pleasure. Apartment consists of a bedroom, corridor, kitchen - living room, bathroom and room for storage. There are lots of storage place in the apartment, enough to store a lots of things. Kitchen has all necessary equipment from plates to coffee capsules, even a dishwasher. There is also a very cozy outside area to sit and enjoy the mountain view with 2 chairs and a table. There is also a place to store snowboards outside the apartment, personal parking place and of course a beautiful view. The place is very quiet 1100m above sea level with mountain view, the only thing you hear in the morning is birds singing. Apartment owner Margit is very friendly, helpful and hospitable. If you prefer staying in a quiet place with amazing view but close to city center this apartment is a perfect choice as Mayrhofen city center is only 10 minutes drive by car.
