The owners' hospitality surpassed all expectations, making us feel truly spoiled throughout our stay. The apartment itself is very comfortable,beautiful and clean, equipped with everything one could need. The spa room provided a perfect retreat after a day of skiing, creating a cozy atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The breathtaking Mountain View from the terrace added to the charm, making mornings and walks in the local area a delightful part of our stay. Overall, an unforgettable and highly recommended retreat.

Perfect location to stay couple of days, very close to Innsbruck in a quiet and nice place (at a farm). Private parking (covered), awesome view from the balcony, quiet environment, kind and hospitable host. The apartments is very big, with a large living room and bath room. Very clean, in perfect conditions... you feel better than at home.

The owner Sabrina is ever so nice. Location of the apartment has an excellent view. Has restaurant and grocery nearby. The accommodation is equipt with everything you need. Comfortable bed, rooms are huge. The apartment is so clean ... spotless. You can also get the bus going go the city. An excellent base when exploring nearby towns ( in our case, nearby countries- italy (dolomites) and germany (neuschweinstein castle).

There is an à la carte restaurant, a winter garden, a traditional wooden lounge, and a daytime café. The free ski bus taking you to the Axamer Lizum ski area stops right outside the door.

Personal are excellent is very friendly and helpful. Half board is great and even too much! )) Chief’s food is exciting, thanks a lot! Terminal Kögele the bus station right in a corner, buses rides to Lizum Examer and Innsbrug every 6 minutes. In hotel we’re received free tickets to swimming pool for three days, just in 15 min walk or 3 bus stopes. Excellent time we’re spend in Lizum freeride and perfect after skiing in swimming pool sauna’s and the best dinners in hotel restaurant afterwords.

Located in the scenic village of Axams, Landhaus Brigitta is directly opposite a practice ski lift. Innsbruck can be reached in 15 minutes by car or bus. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the entire building.
