There was an issue with the reservation, but Florian, the host, was supportive enough and said he would take all communications with Booking on his own. Very friendly family. The apartments are very clean and modern. The queen bed is excellent and comfy, should say that the couch sleeping place is also fine, nevertheless, as the heating oven is working during the night, some fan sounds in the living room could be disturbing for sensitive sleepers. Location is around 15-20 mins drive from Schladming ski slopes.

The house is super cozy, the hosts have thought carefully about the equipment, everything you need you will find there, even the ski boot dryer, not mentioning the equipment of the kitchen and the bathroom.
