Lovely family-run place, simple, but atmospheric and cosy. There is a restaurant with local food attached. Bus stops are close by. The owners are very friendly and will go out of their way to help. Breakfast is good and comes with real coffee.

I‘d like to take Bread with butter and honey in my breakfast. I got it here properly. I bought it from the nearby supermarket within 200 meter.My children played whole day around this property. It‘s a family friendly property. We enjoyed our time very much.

We came up for skiing in Obertauern ski area and chose the Marktplatzerl apartments to stay 3 nights located a short 20 minutes super pleasant drive from the ski slopes . The apartment is located centrally in a very pleasant , quiet village , our apartment was on the ground floor and it was super nice , super clean and with full size very comfortable beds , ( we had 2 bedrooms) with all new fully equipped kitchen and large dining table . Upon our arrival owner Michaela was extremely helpful , showed us the facility , explained all about the area and even allowed us to check out later than normal time as we wanted to still go skiing for half a day on your last day . All of this added up to a great experience and I highly recommend the Marktplatzerl apartments for comfortable and relaxing stay - ideal for two couples.

Beautiful apartment, very cozy and clean. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, heated floor in the bathroom, storage room for skis and skiboots including boot dryer. The owner was very kind and helpful. I can only recommend, Obertauern 15 minutes by car or skibus, Grosseck - Speiereck 5 minutes by car. Mautendorf town looks like fairytale set.
