Well situated in the South Obhr district, this hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool, as well as a fitness centre and a sauna. Private parking is available on site. Excellent service all around. We had the most comfortable stay. Will be back!
Makkah
Boasting a fitness centre and a restaurant, فوربوينتس باي شيراتون مكة النسيم is set in Makkah. The property is around 06 km from Makkah Mall and 10 km from ** Masjid Al Haram and Abraj Al Bait. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk as well as free WiFi and **Shuttle services from and to Haram 24-hours. Perfect. Very good quality for the price I've paid. The staff is kind. The rooms are cleaned everyday (unless you ask not to). There is a dedicated bus that runs every hour (or less sometimes) that takes us to Masjid Al Haram. Also there is a free Meccah bus nearby (number 6 if I remember) that takes you to the Masjid Al Haram too. There is a beautiful mosque nearby, and a supermarket and other shops and businesses.
Makkah
Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel is located in Makkah, within 1 km from Abraj Al Bait and just 570 m from Masjid al-Haram, both accessible through its 60 m private pedestrian bridge. The property is also 22 km away from Um AlQura University and offers free WiFi. The property features two restaurants and Hira Cave is 11 km away. Wail the receptionist was very helpful and generous with us.
Al Shatiea, Jeddah

I like the foods, staff are very accommodating.

It was not that great experience Sheraton overall as brand is not good as i have experienced in past couple of months staying at Niagara Falls Canada and now Makkah. both seemed like arrogant and can get away with whatever they can because of good locations otherwise hotel was mediocre and not very good needed update as seemed old and staff needs to be more friendly.
My experience in Sheraton was more than satisfactory. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel bus is available every half an hour and drops you off at Kudaya bus station which is quite convenient as it is very near to Haram, just below the Makkah Clock Tower.
I like the the lady sara receptionist and housekeeping ali hussein and uzzal husse. The kindness ilove them .i will convince my friend and family's members to stay sheraton makka hotel jazzakah lllah khair

I was welcomed by Samira who took great care of me. Thank you so much it was my first time in Makkah and she made sure I had everything in the room and if I had any questions. She was very helpful and attentive thank you so much to Samira! Also will be coming back to the Sheraton as everyone was very kind and it a brisk walk to the masjid which was lovely. My stay at Sheraton Hotel was exceptional. The staff, including the cleaner Saju Ahmad, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Saju Ahmad's positive attitude and genuine care made my experience memorable. The hotel itself was elegant and well-equipped. I highly recommend Sheraton Hotel for a top-notch stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton hotel .The staff was very service oriented and friendly throughout. My room was very clean. The location near Kaaba.I will be happy to come back again!
