I was traveling solo and feeling ill and had the feeling i was going to pass out. She came a couple of times to my room to check on me en gave me here private cell number that i could call if needed (even in the middle of the night). Since i was traveling solo i was a bit scared then (because of the feeling to pass out) and she made me feel safe by checking on me and giving me her number. Also great room, really clean and good location.

New in 2019, this 5-star boutique hotel is ideally located on Victoria Street in the city of Christchurch, amongst a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars. Excelent staff and services, very clean, unfortunately we stayed only one night.

Featuring quiet street views, Amberlea Cottages features accommodation with balcony, around 1.1 km from Hokitika Beach. We had a self contained cottage/cabin which was, clean, well kept, with good amenities. First class!
