The other room was a bedroom with two single beds and a TV. All the beds were soft and comfy. The place was very well maintained. The bathroom was neat and clean. There is a guest laundry available onsite. The host were very informative. We are a family of 3 and found the place very comfortable during our stay of 3 days.

The guest house offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. Fiona was so welcoming and helpful. And the little cottage was so comfortable, surrounded by a lovely garden and white picket fence. This holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with an oven and a microwave, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 1 bathroom fitted with a shower. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area. This was a great place in Lake Tekapo. The community was quiet, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom nice and had a wonderful hot shower with high pressure, and the beds were SO comfy and had a much-needed heated pad. We had a car so it was a 4-minute drive to Four Square grocery (where you can walk to the Tekapo waterfront), but we also walked, and it took about 20-25 minutes, so depending on what you'd prefer, it's still reasonably close for those without a car. One thing to note, but not necessarily a bad thing, they do have a washer, but only a drying rack. This didn't bother me, but just wanted to let others know. Overall the stay was very cozy and I would absolutely come back here.
