There’s a great and cozy interior swimming pool, which has a nice atmosphere to it and is open 24/7. The rooms are very decently sized, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a big living space. The food was also quite decent. It also has bikes for rental, which although we didn’t use, looked to be in good condition and could be very useful for some travelers.

Guests enjoy free use of a fully equipped, shared kitchen, where coffee, tea, biscuits and jams are always available. Very clean, though bf was not included in the package, there were some cookies toasts and the owner had also kept a bottle of wine as complimentary. Quite liked the place.

Some studios and apartments have been completely renovated to provide a welcoming atmosphere and all the independence and privacy of a home. Some provide panoramic views of the square.

All accommodation provides individual design, fully equipped kitchenettes, LCD TV, and air conditioning. We loved everything about our stay at Relais Piazza Signoria. The staff were great, the apartment very spacious and clean, and the location excellent!

CASA IVH BNB is set in the San Marco - Santissima Annunziata district of Florence, 700 metres from Accademia Gallery, 1.5 km from Fortezza da Basso - Convention Center and 1.2 km from Piazza del Duomo di Firenze. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is 500 metres from San Marco Church in Florence, and within 1.1 km of the city centre. I must say, it was absolutely fantastic. The moment I arrived, I was made to feel really welcome. The host was really friendly and made sure I felt at home. The place was super clean and tidy. The room was nice and comfortable, with nice furniture and a comfy bed. The air purifiers in the room were a great touch and showed that the host really cared about the guest's health. The host had even provided snacks and water which was a nice surprise. The place also had a nice fireplace that made the evenings super cozy. One of the best things about this place was its location. It's really close to the city center which meant it was really easy to walk around and check out the local sights and do a bit of shopping. Despite being close to the center, the place was nice and quiet. This was hands down my best experience with a BNB so far. It wasn't just the physical comfort of the space but the overall atmosphere of care, comfort that left an indelible impression on me.

Not only is it a perfect central location for visiting what Tuscany has to offer. It is a stunning location,  a lovely and peaceful sanctuary to come back to after a busy day battling crowds in the tourist destinations.  We stayed for a week and found the apartment very cozy and comfortable. Luca is the perfect host, friendly and helpful, genuinely down to earth. I couldn't recommend more, and will be recommending to everyone
