Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is 500 metres from San Marco Church in Florence, and within 1.1 km of the city centre. Absolutely amazing hosts who went two extra miles to establish communication with me early on and made my stay very comfortable. Even though I never got to see them in person, they were within instant reach and provided all necessary information related to check in and check out procedures, storage, etc. On top of that, the establishment makes all kinds of snacks and sweets available 24/7. You have water, milk, chips, fruits, cereals, tea and espresso-maker at your disposal. The room was not big but very well-appointed and clean with modern furniture and fixtures, comfortable bed, tv, etc. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. It was in a very central location, minutes from the train station, across the street from the Central market and very close to all major attractions/museums. There are street market stalls on the same street, so you will hear them setting up and closing down each day, but this did not bother us, and was worth the convenient location. Our host was very informative and helpful, and available for any questions. There were drinks and snacks for us in the apartment and streaming service on the TV. It was a home away from home for the time we spent there and can't wait to return!

Not only is it a perfect central location for visiting what Tuscany has to offer. It is a stunning location,  a lovely and peaceful sanctuary to come back to after a busy day battling crowds in the tourist destinations.  We stayed for a week and found the apartment very cozy and comfortable. Luca is the perfect host, friendly and helpful, genuinely down to earth. I couldn't recommend more, and will be recommending to everyone
