Sandra made us feel very welcome and left a full package of goodies for breakfast plus a few more which were very appreciated. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. Felt like a home from home and if plans had allowed we would have stayed longer.

She showed us where everything was and how to work the heating and wood burner. She left us some milk in the fridge and there were the basic items in the cupboard like tea, coffee and sugar.

We were attending a wedding at Virgina Park lodge and this was the perfect place to stay less than a 10 minute drive from the venue. Anne was a wonderful host. She popped in to say hello and gave us some tips on local cafes and restaurants. The essentials in the fridge with some home made bread and sandwiches was a lovely welcome treat. The house is spacious and comfortable and plenty of space on the drive. Overall a delightful stay.

The property has an outdoor dining area. Compact and clean. Everything you need in one space, beautifully decorated. Lovely touches like biscuits, sparkling water, candles etc. We didn’t see the hosts but their communication was fantastic. Will definitely return if we are in the area again.
