The apartment was exactly as described, amazing shower, plenty of shampoo/soap products and super comfortable beds. Staff at reception very friendly and polite. The place is an absolute gem, less than 10 minutes walk from the City of Arts and Science in Valencia. The building is brand new, the comfort of our apartment (without balcony) was incredible: 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a large living room with a kitchenette. We really appreciated the quality of the air conditioning, very well designed so that we can keep it open during the hot day & night of September. The front-desk offered valuable information about places to go and restaurants. There's a supermarket just 1 min from the building, there's also a surprisingly good burger place right next to it. Otherwise, plenty of very good restaurants on the way to the Aqua shopping mall. We strongly recommend the Indian place Swagat. There's a parking garage as well but we always found a parking spot on the street, which is also free. By car there are many beaches accessible in 10-15 minutes, we especially appreciated the Patacona beach. We travelled with a toddler and the accommodation offered a brand new cot (for an extra cost).

Amazingly clean, very kind staff, breakfast very good but the room is so comfortable and area peaceful for rest that I haven’t been to such a place in the costal area of Spain.

It is located 7.9 km from Alicante Golf and provides a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Good location right in the city center, but the noise was not a problem, because seems the room has sound insulation. Nice clean appartment which has all the necessary stuff, lovely furniture. Very good air condition which was important for me! I was felling like at home. What i also liked is the personnel, kind and caring, always helping. The room was spacious, the room layout - very comfortable, we loved the bathroom and found the kitchen facilities very convenient as well. All very clean and quiet. We had a late flight on the last day and it was possible to leave our luggage in storage and pick it back in the late afternoon. The hotel is placed just on the back of Palau de la Musica and the River Turia gardens. Both the historic city center and the City of Arts and Sciences & the Oceanografic are in walking distance. I would highly recommend! Already booked a second visit there this year ;)
