This was convenient after 2 weeks on the river cruise and biking! There was also a grocery store 2 blocks away, easy walking distance for breakfast, drinks and snacks. It also had coffee and fresh pastries. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The room was very nice! We used the fridge and microwave. We loved the heated floor in the bathroom and the towel warmer. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. This room was nicer than the rooms we stayed at the Hilton in Munich and Prague! We ate dinner at an Italian restaurant, 23 Venti tre, that was excellent and only 2 blocks from the hotel.

This apartment is non-smoking and soundproof. Everything was great. The only thing missing was someone to talk to, but you can only talk to the check-in machine and the ATM. I know that these are new trends in tourism, but I can't do without a nice word.

The modern rooms at Gästehaus Zehmerhof bei Erding are decorated in warm colours, and feature a kitchenette. We were blown away by how quaint and unique this place was. It is family owned and all of them are very kind and humble. There is a little gane room for kids which was a nice surprise to helo keep our 9yr old entertained. The homemade breakfast was delicious!! I cant say enough things about this place and the family. I would absolutely recommend them over and over again.
