As a family holiday venue, the villa exceeded our expectations. The rooms and facilities were beautifully appointed and the views from the villa were stunning. Viet and his team really looked after us and were extremely efficient and professional in dealing with the smallest of issues. The location although stunning being situated in a beautiful neighborhood was not in walking distance of any shops or restaurants and we had to rely on external transport providers taxis and or "Grabs" to move around. The advantage was we were not subject to the noise and congestion of downtown NHA Trang. Finally, based upon the size of our party we were unable to find another venue to accommodate us at this level of style and comfort

Great location, right in the city center, we stayed here for a week, the room was cleaned every day, the apartment had a kitchenette, microwave and a few basic appliances. There is a free swimming pool on the 6th floor, the infinity pool on the 40th floor will charge a fee but we did not use it. The owner is willing to assist when we need help, worth the money.
The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and has a logical, tidy room layout. The balcony offers a very chill view in the evening. I especially like the cute kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils.

The apartment is huge, good for a couple who wants extra space. Each unit has a seaview. Fully equipped kitchen etc. So far as I could see everything had a great or decent standard. The beach is within a short walking distance, with towels and chairs for residents. Walking distance or short car rides to the city centre and attractions.
No breakfast here but restaurants close by, great views of the beach from the balcony rooms, close to the beach and amenities. Good air con and internet. The two guys who work here are great and always responsive to your needs and very friendly. Rooms are a good size and good for the price, no balconies in the cheaper back rooms but it is quieter. There is a roof top kitchen where you can cook food.
The accommodation is convenient, with all necessary services and very clean. The kitchen utensils are high-quality. The apartment has a sea view, making it perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning.
The room was small but nicely decorated. Some mould on bathroom tiles but nothing terrible. The air-con was powerful.
