The location of these studio apartments is very good, just a short walk from City Gardens, and in normal circumstances, not far from Potemkin Stairs. There's a good cafe, The Bagel, just up the road that does breakfast and cappuccino - they have a generator too, so light and wifi when the city is having problems due to Russian missile strikes. The studios are in an old building, quite characterful, but the actual apartment is modern and has been newly renovated to a surprisingly high standard. and shower - with tank of hot water (again good when Russian attacks interrupt supply), and a basic but comfortable bed. Good wifi when power on. And, importantly, it was toasty and WARM This is good value-for-money base.
