Breathtaking view of the marina from the rooms. Newer property so rooms and everything is brand new. Kitchen amenities helped a lot for our group. There is a small lift which is big plus for the luggage. Walking distance to pasputas and Fethiye market.

Proximity to town centre. 10 minutes walk. Ferhat, the owner, was very helpful. The penthouse apartment is very spacious Two minutes walk to big Tuesday farmers market. Very quiet and peaceful. Great laundry facilities.

Everything was perfect. The location, the staff, the apartment is very well decorated and it has everything you need (washing machine, iron, fridge, dishwasher). It is clean and tidy. There is a Carrefour on the ground floor of the building and other supermarkets very close. We were offered a bigger apartment than the one we booked with no extra costs. I definitly recommend this place.

The staff were so helpful - there was always someone there and they helped with suggestions and booking of taxis etc. The unit was spotless, had English language TV and a balcony overlooking the street below and with a sea view. The aparthotel is so central-everywhere is in walking distance. As others have said there's a supermarket a few steps from the front door; bars and restaurants also very close-some across the street. I'm a light sleeper and I didn't find noise an issue - as some have said in their reviews. Fethiye is a lovely spot and S3 Kind Residence is the perfect place to stay.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room. Everything is very clean. The beach is a 3-4 minute walk and there is a cafe with umbrellas. The center of Fethiye is about 5 km from the apartment, but there are good restaurants in the area. Ramazan introduced us to the sights in the area and assisted us in organizing them. Very kind and responsive!
