This property was way better than our expectation. It was myself and my husbands first time to Greece. The location of the Utopia Suites is perfect, this was also the first year that the suites were let out. It's in a very special place inside the Medieval City. It's on a quiet street, you easily step into the bars and restaurants and shops. We walked to different beaches daily, nothing is too far away. The hosts Giannias and Efi do everything to ensure you have a comfortable stay. They are there if you need them but don't intrude. They just want you to have the best holiday and they really make that happen. The suite was cleaned daily and sheets changed regularly, even when we only had one more day they were changed. They left in some delightful Greek cuisine and treats for us to try. They are so kind. We will definitely return to Utopia and would highly recommend.

Excellent price/quality ratio (in fact, it's rather cheap, considering the facilities offered - two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, TV, washing machine, A/C, big refrigerator, microwaves). The apartment is large, fully furnished and equipped, and spotless. The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with a small pavilion where you can relax in the morning while drinking your coffee. The guesthouse is very close (200 meters) to one of the main gates of the medieval fortress (D'Amboise Gate). The host, Vassilis, is an extraordinary man, extremely kind and willing to help, discreet but always available to tourists. We will definitely pay another visit.

Apartment was amazing, room was nice and clean, bathroom as well (property is equipped with their own system of water heating via solar power so hot water was always available in unlimited quantities), and apartment is equipped with washing machine which was great option to have. Windows have mosquito net, and beds were very comfortable. We even asked the host to provide us with different, harder pillows since the soft ones are not to our liking, and we got them right away. Hosts were very exceptional and ready to help us with any question related to local places to eat/visit, as well to provide any information we needed.

If you feel like Goldilocks looking for hostels, this is the one to go to: it's neither too big, nor too small; not too rowdy, nor too quiet; not too expensive, nor too cheap. You found it!!! This was actually my second stay at this hostel and I hope I can come back again next year for another visit! Like last year, I ended up extending my stay this year, simply because I didn't want to leave such a great place. The best thing about this hostel is the great common area which really brings guests together. I've traveled for many years and stayed in hundreds of hostels around the world and it's always fun to find a hostel run by people who really know how to create an atmosphere which brings travelers together so well!
