Great location, short walk to main street. Very clean. King Studio had everything we needed, well equiped little kitchen. Nice extra touches: throws, dressing gowns and fluffy cushions. Good shower pressure. Great place to and very reasonably priced. Freindly host.

the room was well appointed, in fact all the fittings looked new and the shower and kitchen sink positively shone! everything worked as it should. the cleaners were so hardworking, and it showed in the room. our hostess was very kind and allowed us extra time in the room after the Anzac service to make coffee and warmup as there was nothing open. She brought us the most delicious slice of freshly made apple cake. That is service par excellence, thank you much appreciated.

Nice new place on the location of the old nunnery located close to the town and a great restaurant. A communal kitchen and lounge was provided for the individual rooms. Highly recommended.

Lovely quiet place. I have stayed with my daughter and husband a number of times now. Happy to return each time. We shared bathroom/toilet and kitchen/dining facilities this visit. Everything was sparkling clean and tidy. Good value for money. Easy walk to town CBD

It has a full kitchen, laundry with washing machine, air conditioner, a huge TV with google chrome etc. We had more than what we needed. It felt as convenient as staying at home. The location of the motel is perfect, close to everything. Te Aroha Mineral Spas, the starting point of Te Aroha Tracks, are within walking distance, Countdown is across the road, i-SITE and Museum are next doors. Many eateries on both sides. Staffs, especially Glenys, are very accommodating and friendly, gave us many good advice for our trip.
