Diego and Camille were amazing 👏!! The breakfast cooked by Marv was incredible. 😀 The room was absolutely beautiful with a good firm to medium bed which was comfy for us with no roll together! The location was perfect with the paraponters flying directly over our room and landing in the park below. QPBH is the full luxury service experience and we will be back!

The apartment is well insulated, we did not need to use the heater or additional blankets at night during our stay. The apartment is well equipped with everything from toiletries, cleaning equipment/supplies, cutlery, condiments etc..
On arrival we were given welcome snacks. Ina was very welcoming when we first arrived, very friendly and sent us messages to check in with us during our trip.
Rooms were spacious and we found the beds to be very comfortable and the apartment was clean.
The property is a 8 minute drive to the city, so I recommend hiring a car or Uber (Roughly around $13 - $14 for a one way trip).

Amazing location serene and very quiet. We were in one of the moonlight domes. There was no one in the second when we booked so it felt secluded. Would probably have have felt different if another couple had been in the second as the domes are close together. The domes are spacious and nicely appointed with lovely touches like sweets / chocolates / slippers and hot water bottles. The bathroom is in a separate trailer (shared with the other dome) which also has a kitchen on one end. Bathroom is large and has a nice shower. You do need to be able to walk to the dome and drive up to the parking area. No phone reception so if you get lost just keep heading up towards the domes there are signs.

Can’t beat that view. Loved waking up to it every morning. Apartment was clean, and had everything we needed. Heaters kept us very warm. There is also a lovely trail walk that takes you up to the main town.

Warm, cozy and one of the most comfortable hostel rooms I’ve stayed in.

Very clean facilities, cleaned daily, included soap and shampoo. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and utensils and designated fridge and pantry space. Perfect location for catching buses out of the town centre with short 12min walk to all bus stops and minimal uphill walk for hauling luggage. Rooms were very soundproof to other rooms
Incredible view from our room. Cosy fire place and spacious living room for hanging out after a long day on the ski slopes. Laundry and kitchen are perfect for a longer stay. Staff were extremely friendly and tidied our room daily which was lovely.
Location is really convenient if you're staying for a few days and have a car. We always stay around here. Beds were comfy and kitchen facilities are really good for self catering.
Perfect location in the centre of town, 5 minute walk to the Queenstown Gardens, grocery store and restaurants. We stayed here for the Queenstown marathon and were right on the finish line. Our room had a bath, small kitchenette (which made self catering possible), and the staff even thought of the nice touch of providing bananas on race day.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Kitchen had everything one would need to do self-catering, however I didn't do that. View from the balcony was amazing. There's a bus stop right across the road from the property, direct connections to airport and Arrowtown etc. Very convenient. Do note it's a very steep slope down to property. 20 min walk to town
