The location is gorgeous - it was nice to get away from the town. The hosts were really nice and the breakfast was delicious. The check-in instructions were clear and helpful. They kindly facilitated our very late check in as we were getting the late ferry.

It was very roomy and it had everything we needed.
All I can say is wow bloody amazing very privileged to have been able to stay in such a beautiful place from a full kitchen to amazing beds and lounge with a massive tv loved it loved it loved it they should be charging a lot more then they do definitely stay there again next time I'm in picton

Morty and Janine are the most welcoming people every hotel/motel should have. They upgraded me because my ferry bookings were changed due to grounding.
I travel thru out the country and have stayed at top dollar motels, but motels are only as good as the people.
Highly recommended in Picton. Top accommodation, it has all you needs and comfort of a home. Down to glad wrap in the Kitchen.

Location and view is outstanding. The rooms are really comfortable and spacious, with a well stocked kitchen if self-catering. Lovely bed. Nice little outside space for dining and relaxing with a magnificent view.
Kitchen was excellent with hot plate, mini oven, microwave and very well equipped. It would be suitable for a longer self-catering stay. Location was central, room comfortable.
