Lock box entry was easy and the hosts provided clear information for access. The home was immaculately clean and comfortable. Heated bathroom floors were a delightful inclusion. The beds were very comfortable and the access to a washer and dryer were wonderful for a travelling family. Thoughtful touches throughout the home created a welcoming atmosphere and were enormously appreciated after a long drive.

Bed were very hard compared to what I am use to and like.
Lady in the office was amazing and very accommodating since our milk and yogurt was in eatable the next morning as the fridge was turned off on our arrival which we didn’t notice as we didn’t get to the till very late due to road detour. As only supplied 1 towel for me and my husband.

Affordable place to stay not too far from Greymouth, Punakaiki and Arthur's Pass. We stayed for a night, and John was very kind and helpful during our stay. The rooms were a bit cold as we couldn't get the heater working, but was quickly fixed. The kitchen and lounge area is very homely and luckily we were the only ones using it during our stay!
Freindly and welcoming. The room was warm and toasty... so thoughtful that they heated the room ahead of our arrival, especially in such wet cold weather. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Extremely clean and tidy, lots of thoughtful personal touches, well stocked kitchen items and bathroom products which was so appreciated. Such a cosy and homely room and felt very private. Best Air BNB room I've been in in a while and such value for money.
