The room was absolute gorgeous. It had everything we needed. The room was exceptionally clean. I especially loved the Ashley and Co shampoo and conditioner, wash and lotion. I enjoyed the York bistro and the grounds were well groomed. The staff were lovely.

It was quiet and very central for walking along the Main Street. The studio was very well presented with lovely amenities, and very comfortable beds.

From modern apartments and luxury villas to beach huts and eco-lodges, the options are seemingly endless. Cook in your kitchen, read in the garden, or chill on the sofa and watch TV – however you choose to spend time, you’ll feel right at home.
The breakfast was good. We used the communal kitchen to eat cereal and make toast. It was a quiet spot and very clean. We were within walking distance to downtown and restaurants.
Quiet location even if it is alongside a railway line. The spacious character house, a home away from home was recently renovated to a high standard with great furnishings. The beds were very comfortable with good quality linens. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. Coffee to grind, milk and fresh bread and condiments. Plenty of off street parking. The host/owner good to communicate with.
Very central location, very clean room and facilities, well appointed kitchen. It is a great option if you want to ride the Rimutaka Rail Trail as you can catch the train to Maymorn and ride back to Featherston.
First and foremost the hosts are very friendly and incredibly helpful. As they live on site they're close enough to help immediately with anything, but we'll situated so guests have complete privacy.
The space itself is excellent. Everything is clean, perfectly tidy, and well maintained. This is the first time we've used a kitchen and absolutely nothing is broken/slightly bent/missing. We had a wonderful time and would go back in a heartbeat.
Very well organised for sharing the big kitchen and bathrooms. Very nice and personal touch in every room. Welcoming host, nice garden and outdoor area.
Car parking on property, vicinity to shops and local attractions (pinnacles, cape palliser, Greytown...).
Friendly welcome by owners and the kitty cats, well presented accomodation - fabulous kitchen and shared living spaces. Spotlessly clean, thoughtful touches - we will be return guests next time.
Comfortable bed, clean linen and flannels🤗
Great shower and good kitchen ammenities.
Nothing flash to look at but all you need for a nights accommodation.
