Great location above Grand Case. Awesome view and very quiet and peaceful. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Also very close to the Grand Case airport. Jamal the manager was lovely and assisted me with a very late check in and a ride to the airport in the morning. Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Great water pressure, cold AC and ample parking. Only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it!

location very, very secure. two gates to get in, and our car inside was a plus. Very friendly owners which made us feel very welcome. Privacy in the studio was excellent, having the pool and jacuzzi available for us a plus. Well equipped and clean apartement. It is located in a quite area and close to Grand Case village, just a 10 minutes walk away. The apartement has a nice balcony which is suitable to relax and enjoy a tropical breeze.
Inside the apartment you'll find everything to make yourself at home, there is a perfect kitchen equippment, set of clean towels, bed sheets, etc.
The apartment is beyond comfortable, well equipped kitchen, comfy bedroom, air con, washing machine, light and open space.
We couldn’t recommend a stay at this apartment more, it was clean, comfortable and had the most kind host who was flexible and welcoming.

The room I had was one of 3 sharing a bathroom, kitchen and lounge room. My room and bed were extremely comfortable resulting in one of the better night's sleep on this trip.
Within walking distance of the airport and the town. Added bonus, the beach is only a few hundred metres away.
What added to a great stay was the host Jamal. Such a great and helpful guy who does everything right by his guests.

Wonderful apartment right on the beach in Grand Case. Fabulous views from the balcony, and also from the rear street-facing balcony! The sofa-bed in the lounge was also comfortable (for one person). The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every day! Hosts were very responsive and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We've been coming to St. Martin for 20 years and this location right on the Grand Case beach is fantastic. The unit has a terrific balcony overlooking the water with large-size rooms. Fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. Please note the photos are of the adjacent unit; this unit actually has a better long view towards the Grand Case Airport.
Incredible location. Short walk to some of the best restaurants on the island. Amazing hosts that go above and beyond to ensure your stay is wonderful. Small but well stocked kitchen.
