All staff were super friendly and happy to help with any questions and our organisation on site. We felt welcomed. The roof terrace offers a great view, you can relax, enjoy breakfast and dinner outside. Our food was delicious and authentic; we stayed one week and almost ate there every evening.

Aziza has welcomed us when we arrived to the farm and we got along really well during our stay. Everything was perfect. Our whole family has enjoyed using the pools during these hot days - it was so refreshing. We have received fruits and tea at the pool and we find it such a nice treat. Breakfast was great too, nice ambient with shade of plants and trees. Really nice contract to crowded Medina of Fes. We will come back for sure. Aziza and her husband take good care of this farm always improving and refreshing the property for wellbeing of the guests. Really excellent holidays there.

We had an amazing stay at this riad in Morocco! The location is perfect, right in the middle of the Medina, with lively markets and shops just steps away. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient. The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable with yummy breakfast. Mohammed, who works there, was incredibly helpful and gave us great tips on where to go, his kindness and attention really made our stay special. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Fes!

Loved the location and clean the apartment was. Dounia was amazing with a great personality. She was so friendly and made us laugh, even helped us with parking and received some parking lessons from her lol! She showed us the apartment and how to use the washing machine. We appreciate all her welcoming gestures.

The service of the owner was awesome. When we arrived he welcomed us wirh free drinks. He took us also with his own car to the train station. He owns a water pipe cafe (Shisha lounge) a few blocks away and offered to come enjoy a water pipe for free. Of course the house was awesome. Its a new appartment with only +2023 equipment. latest generation TV, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, blender, hair dryer, dishes washer, name it and you find it there. There is guard and lady to clean in the same building. Better than any hotel in Fes.

The staff were super helpful, Doha and Abdul made us feel very welcome. We even had a key to get into the Riad. The terrace was very good and accessible. They let us use their kitchen as well and were really good to offer milk/warm water when requested.
The beautiful architecture of the Riad, the kind and excellent staff, the good Will to find alwyas a solution for a taxi or a person to pick you up after dinner or a daily trip. The optimal dishes, too!!

A spacious, exceptionally clean and very beautiful apartment on the quiet residential side of medina. Easy to find if you arrive from Bab Ziat (about 5min walk and GPS works ok). Very well equipped kitchen.
First of all the room I booked wasn't the room I got. They gave me a room next to the kitchen and the terass. So the noises of people in the kitchen made me wake up at 8am after a long day of travelling. Second of all the bathroom was literally filled with small cockroaches. The staff weren't very nice and service wasn't helpful. I ordered tea for breakfast and they didn't give it to me. All in all that was a bad experience

Location was great - near to bab ziat so easy access out to taxis. Easy walk up to blue gate. Interior is spectacular. We were family of 4 and booked two junior suites (stayed 5 nights) and both had wee couches which were great for playing games in the evening. Brilliant value for money. Walk in to the souks easy. Restaurants nearby (corner kitchen recommended and cafe clock for camel burgers!) All the staff were lovely and Simo very helpful and attentive but not overbearing or pushy at all. Breakfast was a feast!
The apartment is very spacious. It has lots of kitchen appliances. The living room and bathroom are really nice. The host our very nice people. The place is very clean and tidy. It has a big TV with YouTube and Netflix.
