Our hosts were exceptionally helpful and the exquisitely furnished accommodation was palatial for our family of four. They were more than happy for me to draw money the following day to pay then. Simo recommended the night we checked in that we book a medina tour for the following morning (as we had just 24 hours in Fes) but we decided to play by ear. By the time we called him in the morning, all English-speaking guide services were fully booked, so he did the tour for us himself! An insightful and compelling tour through the medina followed - leather factory, carpet shop, museums - with no pressure to buy anything at any of these. We needed shoes for our children for a wedding that night, and Simo negotiated with the seller on our behalf! A magical experience in Fes, thoroughly enhanced by a most thoughtful host. Highly recommended!

The staff were super helpful, Doha and Abdul made us feel very welcome. We even had a key to get into the Riad. The terrace was very good and accessible. They let us use their kitchen as well and were really good to offer milk/warm water when requested.

A spacious, exceptionally clean and very beautiful apartment on the quiet residential side of medina. Easy to find if you arrive from Bab Ziat (about 5min walk and GPS works ok). Very well equipped kitchen.
First of all the room I booked wasn't the room I got. They gave me a room next to the kitchen and the terass. So the noises of people in the kitchen made me wake up at 8am after a long day of travelling. Second of all the bathroom was literally filled with small cockroaches. The staff weren't very nice and service wasn't helpful. I ordered tea for breakfast and they didn't give it to me. All in all that was a bad experience

Location was great - near to bab ziat so easy access out to taxis. Easy walk up to blue gate. Interior is spectacular. We were family of 4 and booked two junior suites (stayed 5 nights) and both had wee couches which were great for playing games in the evening. Brilliant value for money. Walk in to the souks easy. Restaurants nearby (corner kitchen recommended and cafe clock for camel burgers!) All the staff were lovely and Simo very helpful and attentive but not overbearing or pushy at all. Breakfast was a feast!
The apartment is very spacious. It has lots of kitchen appliances. The living room and bathroom are really nice. The host our very nice people. The place is very clean and tidy. It has a big TV with YouTube and Netflix.
