Beautiful views, very quiet location and comfortable stay. The pool was clean and the small playground on site, as well as the friendly cats kept our 4 year old very entertained. The restaurant at the sister villa was also good. We did self-catering so cannot speak for the breakfasts but the olive oil we bought on site was great!
Claudia, the host, was absolutely amazing. She was there to welcome me even if I arrived late in the evening, and was extremely responsive to any support I needed. The suite is lovely: cleanliness is impeccable, comfort is guaranteed and the view is lovely. The kitchen was not entirely functional when I was there but I was still able to use main amenities including a large fridge and coffee machine. I would definitely stay here again if I came back. Thank you Claudia for your hospitability, kindness, and support!
Newly renovated room with a beautiful spacious bathroom and fully functional kitchen. The saltwater pool is incredibly nice to relax in with a nice view (not really designed for swimming when there are more people in it), on the other hand it doesn't have opening hours so you can swim there before breakfast or later in the evening. Very pleasant and helpful owner.
Great location for mobilized family of 2+2. Ability to drive into the city to unpack/pack while the car can be left in a parking lot 5 minutes away for EUR 15 per day. Immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone of San Gimignano. It is a separate entry full apartment on the first floor of an old building. Very big living/dining/kitchen area with balcony plus two bedrooms (separate AC units) and bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink).
A fantastic apartment in the heart of the old town of San Gimignano, however in a very quiet street. The size of the apartment was unexpected, with large entrance area and living room, besides kitchen and bedroom but the absolute highlight is definitely the generous terrace, overlooking the old town walls and the breathtaking Tuscan landscape. The host Claudia is warm and welcoming, it feels almost like in the middle of a family. We even prolonged our stay, because of the nice atmosphere and we are looking forward to returning soon!
It was an authentic Tuscan property within a 30 minute walk through the countryside to old town. Also a quick 5 min drive. The pool area was perfect to relax and cool down in Summer and watch the sunset over the San Gimignano hills. The rooms were spacious and the little kitchen enough to cook your own meals if you wanted.
Lovely two bedroom apartment, very spacious and comfortable, nice bathrooms and well fitted kitchen. Only two of us so loads of room! Nice pool which was never too busy - lots of loungers and seating areas anyway 😀 Really nice property and very friendly staff. Have been here before and will certainly be back again.
Staying in this beautiful historic house in the center of the city was absolutely amazing. The room was wonderfully clean and comfortable. Also there was a fully equipped kitchen. The owner was extremely nice and helpful, always ready to give advice and help.
The location is excellent, with the main sights and restaurants at your fingertips. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for its charm, comfort and excellent location.
The location is awesome, building itself is very beautiful and the view from the window makes you feel the Tuscany. Room was clean and had everything you coul need. Private bathroom and shared kitchen were also clean and nice.
