Don’t look any further. This is the place you have been looking for. Situated by the beautiful beach (2minutes walking distance). Perfect spot for exploring Crete by car. Great place if you enjoy stargazing at night, exceptional view from the balcony. Host Eleni has a friendly approach - she came over twice during our visit to say hello. She even brought us homemade food. Her husband Nikos printed out boarding passes for us last minute, so we really felt well taken care of.

Excellent location - near highway, but very quiet place directly on the beach. Very friendly hosts (we even got a freshly baked cake one morning)! House itself was simple but comfortable and we had everything we needed. A beautiful sandy beach was basically at the house and almost felt like an private beach with no one but a couple of locals visiting. Beautiful sunset from the balcony! We truly enjoyed our stay, and would happily return again.

I was looking for some peace and quiet away from the `Madding Crowd` so-to-speak. Here I found it! The beach was only but a short drive away and I felt I had the best of both worlds. The little village down the way, has some very good local food restaurants. Good location to run in the evenings, flanked by the picturesque sea views and the ruinous charms of Hellenes, you can't quiet help feeling the surreality of it juxtaposed to the `old routine`. I suggest go with a Kafka or maybe a Sartre to maximise the experience.
