We were in the apartment for one week, and it was really great. The apartment has a perfect size. You can find some utilities for cooking, air-conditioned. I really appreciate that there is not any noise around so you can sleep perfectly. There is free parking just in front of the building. Aggelos was open to helping with everything that we needed. Nice apartment with balcony and seaview. Everything was new. Very nice bathroom (with rainshower) and kitchen and plenty of hot water. 1 minute from the beach and this part was not crowded. Even if the studio have a nice and well equipped kitchen it is good to that the place has a resturant. Very friendly host :). Hope to be able to come back and will then stay here again.

Great plus, surprise local 'kaltsounia' homemade by our host Christina : ) We received many local tips and Kostas was always available to help us out regarding any question we may have had. We absolutely loved our stay at Alkionides. It is family run and everyone was so helpful as we had to arrange to rent a car and send for a doctor at one point. The beach is beautiful. We loved the balcony off of our room and sat outside for our own little happy hour one evening. The food at the restaurant was excellent, we had the zucchini balls every day! Breakfast we also great with a wide selection of hot and cold food. Laundry service was handy, and we used the drying rack on the balcony for towels and some hand-washed items. We also enjoyed the pool. It really felt like a resort escape. In-room coffee service was nice. Great location and easy to walk to markets and shops.

The property is perfectly located on a quiet street, less than 1 minute to the beach and less than 5 minutes to the busy city center with shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are big and comfortable, extremely clean, the wifi is very good and the large balconies are great. The owners are a really nice family, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back and highely recommend this place, really great value for money.
