Very quiet and clean suite. The sunset view was breathtaking. Very good location next to the city center. Very helpful, warm and welcoming personnel (special mention to Paz, she was really kind and extremely helpful anytime even late at night when we needed her help), the manager at reception (sorry for forgetting his name) with whom we had a long convivial discussion upon arrival, he also gave us recommendations of places where to eat, help with the carrying baggage to the main street when checking out, so thanks a lot. The breakfast was good enough and flexible (you can choose the delivery time).

The room was perfect! Perfect location, easy to walk to from the car park where your taxi will drop you. Restaurants and shops are basically at your door step. The view of the white houses and the ocean and the caldera/volcano and other islands is incredible. You can also watch the sunset from the private balcony. You can easily walk to Ammoudi Bay from the room too. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was good. The room was spacious and also had Netflix. Our host, Chris, was amazing. he organised transfers for us, welcomed us and helped us with our bags, provided us with so many refreshments and treats. Chris gave us so much help and local advice. If we wanted to book any activities he was happy to help. Best host!! Everything was perfect.
