We loved everything about this little gem. It’s tucked away but at the same time in the middle of the town. The beds were extremely comfortable, the terrace gorgeous, the kitchen perfect, there’s nothing more I can really say. Just perfect.

The property is situated on a hill with a stunning view of the sea and the mountains, conceived as a small village with several houses made of stone and a central courtyard with a swimming pool. The apartment we occupied was nice and clean with all the needed utensils to cook. The host was very nice in guiding us to the next village to buy groceries, and in indicating a very good fish restaurant on the beach (Taverna Aristodimos). Festos palace is 15 minutes away (11 Km) and that was the principal reason we made the trip (it is better to go in the afternoon, but not to late, in lack of visitors they close earlier). A few kilometers away is the Kalamaki beach, by strong winds impossible to swim because there are some stones and you can get hurt.

Absolutely perfect stay! Maria, the host, is such an amazing and kind woman. Room was nice and cozy. Kitchen is small, but it has everything you need. Bathroom is freshly renovated with awesome marble like tiles. Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Location could not be better. 20 steps to the beach, and 30m to the awesome bakery and supermarket.

We loved the apartment. It had everything we needed and more! fully equipped kitchen , even some food , drinks and beautiful gifts from the owners. They supplied all the toiletries and even a first aid kit. The apartment was beautiful, the shower was great and the beds were very comfortable. Beautiful, big and clean room with a nice view, balcony and kitchen corner. Very good quality for money. Free parking in front and walking distance to restaurants and beach. Matala is a must see place. Small and beutiful with nice restaurants facing the see. I did not like the beach though, it was very crowded and the water has big stones and waves.
We arrived after 13:00 and there was no sunbed available.
A cosy, well and tastefully furnished apartment for 3-4 people with a kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and bathroom. Everything is clean and brand new. Porch with excellent view on the Matala bay and caves. Nice and helpful owner. On top they provide you the application with a lot of useful information and tips. Entrance via restaurant garden but they play nice music😁
The reception team was friendly and helpful. Good place to stay, youth vibe. There is a bar with cold drinks and kitchen with all needed supplies, lounge area. Each room has balcony. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants and markets.
It is all very new and beautifully presented. A lot of thought has gone into supplying things, kitchen very well equipped and plenty of coffee, olive oil, spices. Fruit, cakes and breadsticks too. We even found a leaving present of olive oil and raki on the doorstep when we left!
