Czech Republic
Easily the best place I stayed at in my Northern Greece trip. I had to take a midnight bus to catch an early morning flight, and then travel by bus from the airport in Thessaloniki all the way to Litochoro. As I was walking up to the accommodation, I saw the owner George sweeping up the street in from of the accommodation, and for him it was no problem to do a check-in an hour early. This place is amazing for the value, the price is unbeatable. The place looks like a villa, very clean and modern and very comfortable and I had a great rest while I stayed here. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. The kitchen there was also clean, complete with a fridge. The town of Litochoro is quiet and has a friendly atmosphere, and is quite near to Mt. Olympus, the hiking of which was the main purpose of my coming to Litochoro. Supermarkets are close by and there are quite a few eating options. George is a very friendly guy and lives at the accommodation in another room, in case you need him. I have to say my stay here was absolutely perfect.

clean, modern, great staff. fabulous rooftop sitting and viewing area. Really special place. Small but efficient kitchen facility (2 burner electric stove, a few dishes, cups and silverware) in room. I guess you ask for a pan if you need it. Or have the 5 pound breakfast buffet that gets great reviews. Room also had a lovely enclosed balcony for 2.
