A beautifully located chalet. Extremely comfy, cosy, clean, and well equipped. Absolutely everything had been thought about, and we didn't want for anything. We also received a very generous welcome food pack which was a lovely touch.
The host was very attentive and provided great communication throughout.

Kim is a very friendly, thoughtful host with a lovely bubbly nature. Kim made us extremely welcome. The place is cosy, clean and has stunning sunset views as well as beautiful view with horses across the field. The ' magic garden' was so cute. There is also a well stocked food cupboard provided by Kim which you have access to. Location is great , not too far from Snowdon Mountain or Caenarfon. The wifi in the place was the quickest I found compared with the rest of the places which I had been staying before during this trip. Our visit to the top of Snowdon Mountain was a bit of a disappointment as the railway on that day was not unable to proceed to the top due to high winds. So we will definitely be back again this way and if we do, will definitely rebook to stay at Kim's Retreat.

Location was great, cabin right next to the Lake. Quiet area with no noise. The cabin is a great place for short-stay getaways, with good layout of bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Heaters worked very well when needed.

Fabulous cottage, located at the end of steep hill in the countryside but within 10 minutes downhill walk into Llanberis. Lovely outdoor seating area and great views from the garden.

The owner was always reachable and friendly if anything was needed or for advice, great location with a short drive to the starting points, loads of places near by to go. The house it's self was fantastic, really well equipped, clean and has a really nice cottage type feel to it, my wife and I loved every min of our stay!

Cook in your kitchen, read in the garden, or chill on the sofa and watch TV – however you choose to spend time, you’ll feel right at home.
The rooms are large. Kitchen is large with plenty of space. The reception is large and cozy. Good to spend time with friends with TV in the reception room. The location is quiet but close to all the towns and supermarkets.
The apartment is a very nice mobile home located in a quiet countryside area. It has a very welcoming living room, a kitchen with all accessories, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower. towels and hairdryer are provided.
We had a fabulous time at this Property. Set back from the villages but that’s no problem as the house had everything you needed. There was milk tea, coffee and cake on arrival. Cases and games to play during the downtime the kitchen had everything you needed the host was amazing, helpful and friendly when we could ask where The fourth bedroom was. Which was downstairs past the kitchen The doorway was hidden behind the fridge 🤦🏻♀️.
Large bedroom where we could easily fit a cot bed for baby, a toddler bed and two adults. It is on the top floor and very light and airy.

Outstanding place and a responsive host, very close to Llanberis but set aside on a farm with tranquil surroundings. Peacocks moving around which is a beautiful sight. The caravan has everything needed for a comfortable stay, host is very thoughtful with everything you could think of available from kids toys to kitchen condiments etc. we had a wonderful stay at the property which is a luxury in peaceful surroundings for a great vacation.
The whole property was lovely and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean. The welcome hamper was very kind. Mrs Thomas was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The information file was great with takeaway and pub menus. Beautiful property with stunning views.
