The Grooms Cottage is an excellent location for Caernarfon and Northern Wales excursions, only 5 minutes to Mt. Snowden Railway. The host was very kind, had a lovely welcome note with helpful instructions, and complimentary tea/biscuit service upon arrival. We are animal lovers, so after we politely requested, William introduced us to the farm's four-legged residents who were beyond charming! (Frankly, we fell in love with the place). This was an exquisite opportunity to learn about the farm, its history, and its unique role in sustaining rare breeds. The cottage itself was spacious, well appointed, very comfortable, clean and organized. The washing machine in the cottage was a convenient amenity, as was the kitchen. Our host even recommended an excellent spot to eat in town!

The cottage was lovely and Clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and there is a shop and two pubs within walking distance. When we arrived the smoke alarm was bleeping,I contacted the cottage managers who got back to me quickly. I walked Snowdon and it was an ideal location.

This was an exceptional place to stay. Excellent location for exploring north and west Wales.The accommodation was well equipped and had a spacious living area. The on-site facilities were fantastic especially the sauna/steam/spa area. Drinks at the boathouse with live music was great. Wifi reception was excellent and there were laundry facilities .
