The apartment was very well presented, and very comfortable. The location was great, with an easy tram link into central Manchester just across the road. The assistance provided by Stephen was first class - he was very welcoming and helpful with local knowledge.

The beds were comfy, Location was great, the host was lovely.
Only issue we had was, I’d emailed to ask if towels were provided. Which she responded yes. When actually only 2 towels were provided and we booked the accommodation as a four.

Wow, what a lovely house in every way. Everything you need for a perfect stay in Manchester. Soft towels, comfy beds, drive for the car; it's like being at home but it was better than house lol. Smart TV with all your Netflix, Prime etc.
Far better than a hotel room as you can cook a meal in a house; not in a hotel room.
We would definitely book again.

Self-catering accommodation gives you the freedom and privacy that’s needed to enjoy a well-earned break. From modern apartments and luxury villas to beach huts and eco-lodges, the options are seemingly endless. Cook in your kitchen, read in the garden, or chill on the sofa and watch TV – however you choose to spend time, you’ll feel right at home.
Check in was simple. The premises were clean and comfortable. We were just on an overnight stay for an early flight. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Maria, who went out of her way to help us sort out the vending machines. She had a smile and a friendly greeting for everyone.
Whilst we didn't have a meal, everything that we saw coming out of the kitchen looked delicious and the prices were reasonable.
The complementary airport taxi worked perfectly, which was very important because I arrived late. The house is in a very quiet area. Everything I needed was in 15min walking distance. The house is very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. I particularly liked the staff, who responded very quickly to my inability to turn the heating on (it was all my fault).
Location and price was good for the function we were attending. Unfortunately the kitchen and bar was being revamped the early part of our stay, so we had paper plates and bamboo utensils for breakfast two days of our stay. My snobbish partner wouldn't accommodate that, but I think they did the best they could in the circumstances.

Food at the hotel was very basic and kitchen closed at 9 pm. This is not great for late international travellers. I went to the Holiday Inn across the road for dinner at 8:45pm.
Excellent customer service. I arrived late around 9:30pm and the receptionist made sure that the kitchen stayed open for me so I could order some dinner. I was also given a free upgrade. The room was spotless and felt brand new. Hotel was literally a two minute walk to Terminal 2 - so easy! Loved my stay here and will definitely be back.
