Fantastic little caravan. Nice and clean, had everything we needed. Master bed was the comfiest bed I think I have ever slept in! Great location, nice and quiet but with lots to do if we wanted to.

It was beautifully decorated and in such a quiet position facing the river Waveney although mostly obscured by hedgerows. However a short walk to river and pub and sunset views. The property had absolutely everything you could possibly need I could happily live there. Dark skies at night sitting on decking fabulous view of stars and timed just right to see ISS.

During our two-night stay with our kids, we were impressed by the apartment's ideal location, spacious layout, and tasteful decoration. The host's hospitality was exceptional, with thoughtful touches like snacks for the kids, a variety of beverages, and a well-equipped kitchen. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend it for families.
Great location and position of chalet. Excellent kitchen with everything you would need. Big fridge, lots of cupboard space. Bedrooms are homely, clean and neat. Free convenient parking.
Nice location, 10 mins from Lowestoft and 20 mins to Great Yarmouth. Cosy little Villa with everything you need provided. There is a bar & grill on site if you fancy a drink or something to eat, plus a pub and Chinese takeaway just across the road. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and playground area, would definetly recommend this self catering villa.
