this is a wonderful cottage on Skye! extremely spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, study, laundry room (with a drier!!), huge kitchen, and garden! we walked there from the ferry from Mallaig, which was very convenient. the owner was very communicative and responded to all my (first timer to Scotland) questions right away, so nice. it was very comfortable and the views from the living room of the water are just mesmerizing. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

The 3-bedroom holiday home is fitted with a living room with a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. A delightful Home on the Isle of Skye with all of the amenities that you could need, including a washer and dryer! It’s great for a family getaway. There’s a beautiful view of the water from house. The host is extremely helpful and makes himself very available. The location is perfect as it is within about 1.5 hours of all of the major attractions at the Isle of Skye and still within 30 minutes of the mainland for other adventures. Plan ahead when you visit the Isle Of Skye as there are relatively few gas stations, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest to this home is a small convenience store and gas station at the ferry. A full grocery store and gas station are located in Broadford (about 20 min away) as well as a few restaurants. Otherwise the mainland just across the bridge has a grocery store and gas station that is only a bit further away than Broadford. Enjoy!

Beautifully decorated and incredibly cozy! Incredibly good style. The area, too, is very beautiful, many small hidden beaches, beautiful buildings and lots of scenery. Everything you need was available: The kitchen was well equipped, a parking space right outside the door (possibilities for star photography as well), wifi, smart TV and the nearest supermarket a 20-minutes-drive away.

EVERYTHING was as advertised...and beyond our expectations. Our host was most excellent with informing us of how to make the most of time on Skye...which we really appreciated. The cottage notebook was clear and informative...as was the travel books also provided by the host. This is a place I will certainly return to as well as suggest to my friends and family as one of peace, beauty. and the best water I've ever tasted!!!

Great location, very welcoming host with a nice tour round when I arrived, the whole place is very well thought out with a good mix of approachable friendliness and privacy, the small details really made a difference from the kitchen equipment to the wood pile and the reading materials provided was a nice touch, the communications from the host before I arrived were also very helpful to help me know how to find the place and what to expect,

We had extremely bad weather and there isn't much to do around the location but the cabins are very cosy and the host is providing a variety of family games, there's also Freeview TV. Electric heating works perfect, kitchen is fully functional. Distilleries are fairly close, make sure you book in advance.

We got late to the hotel, at close hour of the kitchen. Still, they accepted to take orders for dinner (there are also no other options around), and accepted also unique requirements. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable (as opposed to other hotels we stayed in) For us the location was perfect as we took the ferry the next day, which is located 2 minutes driving from the hotel.

A very friendly welcome from Geraldine on reception. Although I had an early start in the morning before the 8am Sunday breakfast service began she let the kitchen know I would be down promptly and by pre-ordering my breakfast it was ready for me promptly- only wish I could have had longer to enjoy it and the amazing view out of the hotel windows.
