The two hosts (the owner and her mother) are very kind people who make you feel at home from the very start. We were so pleased to be here rather than in a hotel in Lille or Tourcoing, the owner has thought of everything you might need for a stay here. The apartment is very spacious and close to everything (5mn walk from Tourcoing train station) while being very quiet. Extremely good value for money and feeling at home away from home!

The apartment was extremely nice. So much detail. And very compleet. You can make a full 3 course diner if you want too.
You can park your car in the garage beneath the complex. Very nice and save.

Open plan space was large, light with high ceilings. Kitchen had lots of storage with a decent sized fridge. Tastefully decorated and very useful washing machine and drier.
Inside it has everything you need. Yet basic. Quick concierge service. Good key drop-off. The price is okay for a cheap functional stay. This rather basic accommodation will help us to appreciate future accommodations more. Downstairs was okay. Nice large kitchen area. The stairs are a steep challenge.
Great value for the money. We were 4 and I think there's a third sleeping room allowing to capacity to go up to 6 hosts.
There's a large kitchen, large bathroom, a large living room. The keys are available via a locker with security code that the owner will communicate. We have had a good time.
Nice apartment. Really easy and good communication with the host, very easy check-in. All the essentials were there, the kitchen is new and equipped with everything necessary for a short stay. Even though it’s on the groundfloor the bedroom is not on the side of the street therefore it’s very quiet.
