I would say that it was initially a difficult choice. Usually, I stayed in the city centre since everything is nearby. However, this time I took a risk and did not regret it. The main advantages of this location are: - Two shops (Franprix, Carrefour) are within a two-minute walk. - Right next to the entrance, there are cheese shops, bakeries, and wine shops. - On Sunday, there was a market with fresh fruits and fish directly opposite the entrance. - There are many restaurants nearby. - The metro station is right at the entrance. You are unlikely to find all this when renting apartments in the city centre. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. I appreciated the presence of a good steam iron, a coffee machine, a hairdryer, and other small amenities. The Daikin air conditioning system was of high quality. A good TV with Netflix, which might be a drawback for those who want to go out for a walk. A beautiful park is just a five-minute walk away, where you can enjoy a wonderful morning jog. In the future, I've decided to choose such locations over tourist centers. It's quieter here, there are fewer tourists, and the food is tastier. No need to search for shops. I can go downstairs, buy fresh croissants and fruits for breakfast, hop on the metro, and be in the center of Paris in just 12 minutes. What could be better?

Great apartment for the price, location was perfect close to the metro. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. The bed is a bit precarious and probably needs better support but it was comfy enough.

We really liked this apartment and the neighbourhood. The apartment appeared to have been renovated quite recently and although quite small (I guess normal by Paris standards), it was very functional for our stay and clearly met our expectations.
