We couldn't get through the gate Stood in the rain for 45 minutes trying to get answers from the owner. Attempted contact on 3 different methods but they stopped responding and would not tell us how to access the gate, only the room key. We ended up having to find a hotel instead as we had been driving for 8 and half hours straight and were exhausted. Such a negative experience that it has put us off ever staying in an apartment again. Can't review the room as we never got to see it. Sadly this part nearly ruined our whole holiday and was just a massive waste of money.
