As other people have commented it was a really lovely property and it was a shame we were only there for one night. The owner was very accommodating as we may have arrived just after their official last check-in time (although we manged to get there earlier in the end). Really handy for the channel tunnel, only about 5 miles away, but that distance meant we were in a quiet rural setting. The secure garden would be fantastic for anyone travelling with a dog.

The flat was very comfortable and clean and had a home feel to it. Well presented for us and our 2 children who felt comfortable straight on arrival, finding their own beds in their own room with the game console. Everything was easy to use and ready for us. We loved the little intentions like madeleines and coffee left for us. Instructions to get to the property were very clear and access was straight forward. Christelle has alovely place and weenjuyed the peaceful decor and feeling.

We spent one night at La Pousada before catching the early train back to the UK. If you wanted to spend longer in this area this would also be a good place to base yourself.
This is a perfect location for the ferry port and especially Le Shuttle. It is in a quiet and surprisingly rural location, yet only a 10 minute drive to Le Shuttle terminal.The cottage is attached to the owner's home, but is completely self-contained with its own entrance and parking right outside the door. It was easy to find and has a lovely open view of fields from the bedroom area which makes for a peaceful and relaxing stay. If the weather is good there is also a great outside seating area.
The cottage is new, modern and is very clean and well equipped. The sofa is comfortable and the TV is good for evening entertainment. Wifi is good.
The double bed is new, it is firm but comfortable with good pillows and nice linens.
The walk-in shower is modern with plenty of hot water.
Olivier is friendly and welcoming. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We will not hesitate to return when we are next in Calais.

The property is absolutely beautiful! So nicely decorated and clean, smells amazing. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, big fridge, all sorts of pots and pans etc. Bathroom fully equipped etc. Loads of space for a big family.
Hosts were very kind, gave us advice of where we could eat dinner, the husband offered to drive us to a takeaway nearby. Breakfast was offered for 5£ per person which is a good price. There is also a bakery nearby with delicious croissants. Location is quiet, feels secure and cozy. Easily accessible.

Another overnight stay at our favourite B&B. Beautiful room, decorated and furnished with taste, and impeccably clean. Beds very comfy. Top quality ingredients for breakfast. If you want to eat in, there is a fully equipped kitchen for sole use of the guests. We usually take a baguette, cheese and a bottle of red, makes a nice start to the holiday.
