Great location with a friendly greeting from Cindy. Room was clean and bright with some character. Bathroom was excellent. We were able to use the kitchen facilities which is very well equipped. Excellent breakfast, with too much for us to finish!

Quiet and peaceful location. Car parking at location. A kitchenette to prepare and cook your own evening meal in a 'proper' oven. A dishwasher. A fridge/freezer. Everything spotless. Cindy was very welcoming and helpful. Great location for the ferry.
The property is absolutely beautiful! So nicely decorated and clean, smells amazing. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, big fridge, all sorts of pots and pans etc. Bathroom fully equipped etc. Loads of space for a big family.
Hosts were very kind, gave us advice of where we could eat dinner, the husband offered to drive us to a takeaway nearby. Breakfast was offered for 5£ per person which is a good price. There is also a bakery nearby with delicious croissants. Location is quiet, feels secure and cozy. Easily accessible.

Another overnight stay at our favourite B&B. Beautiful room, decorated and furnished with taste, and impeccably clean. Beds very comfy. Top quality ingredients for breakfast. If you want to eat in, there is a fully equipped kitchen for sole use of the guests. We usually take a baguette, cheese and a bottle of red, makes a nice start to the holiday.
Extremely good location for anyone walking the Via Frangigena. Very welcoming, friendly hostess. Spacious and well appointed facilities. Lovely kitchen and dining area for use by guests. Breakfast provided was great. Outdoor seating areas available. Calm and relaxing countryside location.
